Auction Report for 6th July 2019

The July auction was hot and humming as Claire, the Auction’s premier auctioneer, navigated the 350 lots without pausing for a break, or even a breath!

Under the hammer went a vast range of interesting and unique items which appealed to the many buyers who attended the Badger Farm Auction, preferring to be soothed by Claire’s sultry tones as opposed to being sizzled by the burning rays outside.
Under the hammer went jewellery and silver – the hallmarked boxes appealing to the silver collectors, the two jewelled mannequins were picked up by a discerning buyer for £76 appreciating the individuality of these pieces. Collectors of old toys were not disappointed as Corgi and Britains featured in the sale. The end of the auction went with a bang as a 5 piece drum kit was sold.

The next auction is to be held on 7th September at Otterbourne Hall- we can’t promise sunshine but we can promise another sale of unusual and irresistible items! Look forward to seeing you then.
