Quieter auction on Easter Saturday. We had a full range of 286 lots with several selling for £25 and over. Next auction 2nd May at Badger Farm to be followed by a specialist Cycle Auction and General Auction at Itchen Abbas on 6th June.
350 lots were offered for sale on a sunny day at Itchen Abbas. The wide range included two gold items: a collection of cuff links and a small compass selling for £100 and £80 respectively. The final auction of 2014 was one of our best this year. Several items sold for over £50. A jewellery box containing watches, jewellery and perhaps a heavy gold chain sold for £510. This month’s auction had about 375 lots. The peak of the auction for sales was a large collection of Swarovski crystal animals.
